A dramatic dead tree on my hiking Tour in the South of Sweden in a place called Jällabjär. An abstraction rendered digitally. Smart phone photography. I saw this tree from afar. I knew I had to capture the dramatic appearance. The original photo is very dark due to the dark clouds but I had some fun working on it digitally. A fractal. A portal...this way... And as Brian said in the comment below: looks like a face looking down on you. Thanks Brian! Great interpretation and actually it makes it even more ominous :)
Experimental Photography and Camera Art is my passion although painting comes just as close. Mostly I paint in acrylic and watercolor. My digital abstract art is based on my original photos and sketches. All sketches are made only with the computer mouse in Krita, Artrage and Photoshop or by hand. All photos are shot with old cellphones, shot on Xperia Z1 and Xperia S LT26i and recently on Huawei P Smart and XIAOMI as well as my new vlogging camera Sony ZV1.
